   IMAGINE provides a range of investment strategies consisting of a  diversified portfolio of exchange-traded funds, as well as an FDIC-insured  cash allocation. Utilizing technology from SPT, IMAGINE automates key parts  of the investment process. This includes investment objectives, risk  tolerance, investment strategy, and automated rebalancing. And it's all based  on a few questions that assess your goals and risk tolerance.

   These investment strategies are created by choosing from hundreds of ETFs  that meet criteria established by SPT. IMAGINE automatically trades and  rebalance portfolios when they drift from the targeted asset allocation by a  defined amount. IMAGINE is available to clients who open and maintain  brokerage accounts at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“CS&Co”), an  affiliate of SPT.  

   The discounted fee for these services is 0.35% (35 bps) of managed assets,  with an account minimum of $5,000 required.
